Copy of a message from King Charles II to the Audiencia de Mexico directing that insolvent owners of entailed estates be allowed to sell houses in a state of disrepair. As Don Juan Garzes de los Faos had advised, the decision is to apply both to the Mexican provinces and to Peru.
